How I Work with You
My content writing process is intuitive, strategic, and collaborative. Here's how we make magic:
Step 1: Discovery
I’ll send you a detailed brief to uncover your brand personality, target audience, content goals, and values. This helps me write with your voice and vision in mind. I will also ask you name five books that are aligned with your brand and interconnect who you are to your brand purpose. By exploring customer reviews and comments we can begin to speak your clients language.
Step 2: Content Proposal
You’ll receive a clear outline of my proposed blog topics and structure options. You'll have space to give feedback and suggestions before we move forward. As a starting point I suggest the pillar & cluster method (4 posts). Each blog interlinks with the main pillar and uses variations of the same keywords to build authority.
Step 3: Agreement & Payment
We’ll finalize a contract and payment terms. For one blog post, payment is due within 15 days after completion. For multi-blog packages, I require a 50% deposit upfront.
Step 4: Drafts & Revisions
I’ll send a draft halfway through to make sure we’re aligned. You get two free rounds of revisions to perfect your post.
Step 5: Final Delivery & Payment
Once you're thrilled with your content, I’ll send your invoice. I offer flexible payment terms with late fees only for overdue invoices.
